Strange places
I like the story, I think it was well written, although a few typos did catch me! The only other comment I really have, is that the contrast between the familiar and the utterly alien of another country might have been paralleled with the feelings Julian was having toward his parents. otherwise, nice work!

Great job! It all ran very smooth. Not once did I have to read a sentence twice. I thought the story line was great. Keep up the good work!
