Almost Perfect!
First, let me say you have a beautiful imagination! I am reading this list of contest entries from the bottom up, and I've only just gotten to yours, so I am not sure how much a compliment that really is, but, I'd consider it one. I am new to this site, but I would say I have read a great deal. I am impressed by the span of your imagination. You do have my same problem, though, the "transpose typo," most notably, minute~and I don't think spell checker catches it. In one or two instances, you should consider "showing" not telling, like in the intro. with the boyfriend thing, but please, don't let these small details detract from the praise thing!
