In a small local hospital a beloved twin sister is fighting for her life. Story told from the point of view of her sister who is looking back on everything they had been through in their lives. Their lives had been difficult with their mother having to work late to get by however there seems to be more good memories than bad. Follow them on the last day of her life.

Got good bones
I think you have a good story line, and you work with the inserted flashbacks well. It would flow more smoothly if you went through it, maybe by reading it out loud, to fix the technical errors.
