As a girl approaches the attic from her bedroom, she's aware of a vampire being in the attic as she enters the attic in the dark. Once, in the attic, she has the notion that one or more vampires are hiding in her bedroom. So, the vampire in the attic picks up the impression that a vampire, an attacker, is about to pursue her. So, he warns her to leave her house and go over to an abandoned building. But once she and the vampire from the attic enter the abandoned building, the attacker is, already, pursuing her. And she ends up, badly, hurt and dies as a human and turns into a vampire.
